yes of course they are...what a stupid statement.

Such a shame and an embarrassing answer for us will be yes.....but no doubt the Thai authorities a 'yes' with pride.

Also a shame they have an ad for 'Lolita's' on the same page.

Two quick things: this conference should be renamed to sound more like it is intended to PREVENT child exploitation... to something like;

International Child Exploitation Prevention Conference

and secondly the bar Lolitas Pattaya however unsavory it's reputation might be (which would be saying a LOT for Pattaya) doesn't promote child exploitation.

Its all in the name in case you did not get that !!

Do you think they will go walk about on second road and see the beggars with baby's in arms out in all hours?.But I suppose the BIB will be doing thier job a few days before they arrive clearing them up and moving them on.

I do get it and in fact have seen Kubrick's film of the same name (though never read Nabokov's influential novel) and realize the connotation.

But to be fair there are a lot of businesses with the same name that have nothing to do with the idea of exploiting children.

Just sayin'.

But unfortunately the first thing that pops into your mind when you think of 'lolita's' is not what is wanted to be associated with a child exploitation come prevention conference.

Just sayin some more...
