Permanent Residence Visa Thailand

hi to all

just want to know if anybody has some news about the residence visa i live here now 25 years i apply for my residence visa on october 12 year 2006 i am waiting now nearly 5 years

all the papers are ok but still no news at all .they say at the immigration the minister has to sign (5 years long time for a signature )
