Hello...

I recently signed up for Module 1 of the health insurance that Thaivisa offers. I am concerned about their making good if there is a claim, especially given some confusing situations I have had with their brokers thus far. Those who are AA Insurance customers, would you please respond and let me know what your experience has been like once you have made a claim? Has it been as easy as they claim it will be?

Had my health plan (Thai Health) from AA and when I needed surgery no problem as paid direct to hospital - good service

Always been helpful and no problems with any claims, using the Health insurance was as easy as showing the plans card at the hospital on Check in and just paying any excess at checkout.
