Furnished Apt Motorcycle And Cat Friendly

Looking to find a furnished studio or 1BR where I can:

1. Keep my motorcycle (a Versys) in the apt when I'm travelling

2. Keep a cat

3. Hopefully have a washing machine hook up

Hopefully not too far from town. Less is better rent wise - hopefully in the 12K or less range.

I don't need serviced.

I know I will look around when I get up there next week but am mainly wondering about keeping the motorcycle in the apt - Is this usually ok in chiang mai - and are the elevators big enough?

Or do people do something else with their bikes when they're away?

May be worth looking into a shophouse/townhouse set up. They would have a laundry hookup, be about 10000B or less, and would have a first floor drive up/through locking gate.
