Eva Air - Bangkok To Brisbane

Recommended Posts

I've been trying to book a ticket from Bangkok to Brisbane via EVA Air. It should work. And, sure enough, Brisbane is shown as the only destination under the Oceania region. Trouble is, as soon as you pick Bangkok as the departure city, the Oceania region (and Brisbane along with it) disappears.

I called EVA and they insist that their web site is working properly and that I should be able to book Bangkok to Brisbane online. They suggested it was the browser.

I've tried:

On a Mac: Safari, Firefox and Chrome

On a PC: Firefox and Explorer

On a Linux box: Firefox.

All have the same result: Impossible to book online from Bangkok to Brisbane.

I'd appreciate hearing from others as to whether or not you can get this to work.

The web site is here: EVA Air

The online reservation section is at the bottom right had corner of the page.

TIA

When I try BKK only option is Soel, so maybe it is like Air Asia used to be and only a point to point airline when booking online. Bloody crappy if it is.

Nah, I've booked multi-leg trips with them online as recently as a couple of months ago. And, when I was on the phone with EVA the agent insisted she was looking at their web site and was able to book BKK-BNE-BKK.

Are you still confused?

Yes.

If so, how have you survived life this long?

I'm always amazed that I have. Dumb luck, I guess.

Seriously, it is so obvious! You must be joking ...

Not at all.

BTW, thanks for your kindness and your help.

Classy reply, Ratsima. SirDougless reply was really uncalled for.
