Reupholster A Chair.

Featured Replies

As per the attached picture my chairs leather is worn and starting to crack possibly from the sun coming in through the window.

Does anyone know of a shop that I can get the leather replaced and the wood varnished? Thanks.

*Bump* :)

Given nobody else seems to have a suggestion, why dont you try one of the many places that re-upholster motorcycle seats?

Quite a few threads giving whereabouts....

To re-upholster and stain your chair might involve two different shops.

For upholstery work i used a guy on Soi Khaotalo a couple of times who i can recommend. His shop is on the right hand side just past Eakmongkol 4 and a couple of shops from the night market.

There's another upholstery shop on Soi Kow Noi close to Noi's bar.

There are many upholstery shops on Threpprassit road,Also you could ask Collingbourne Auctioneers,,I would think they would know of somewhere that can do both. Auctions

CGW, nam-thip and puuchai299. Thanks for your input. Some useful advice above which I will pursue. :)

Chopper, if you head down Siam Country Club Road from Sukumvit, on the left hand side before you hit the new market, you will see a GIANT Lounge chair. It's just before you hit the market where there is a Mini tesco and a 7/11. he will do the job and good work.
