Lamai Gets Its Own Chaweng Style Eye Sore

Featured Replies

Living in Chaweng I do like to spend a peacefulish evening in Lamai now and then. But to my dispair Lamai now has its own Bondai Bar . It always seems to me that independant travellers and the more thrifty tourists head down to Lamai are these people going to be happy spending 110 baht for a Heineken. I hope not!

Hope they're importing the chef....the pies were "below average" and "overpriced". Beers were cold but the TV was constantly tuned to "Aussie sports" and the music unsurprisingly consisted of "Now Oz33"

Apart from these minor issues I had a wonderful time. No doubt the Lamai version will have ironed out these creases.

Amazes me how someone can just single out one race & pick on them ( edited out of post).

Lamai is full of bars of every nationality & different purpose, Just to single out one & call it's patrons names, is against forum rules.

I have edited the topic & removed racist flame..

I hope that one particular Bar does not affect your foray into the quitness of Lamai, but I can also clearly see where it's heading.

CLOSED.
