Koh Chang Dive Centre For Sale

This renowned Dive Centre has been operating successfully on the island of Koh Chang for the last seven years, but the owner has health issues and decided the time is right to sell. Assets have been valued at approximately 500,000 baht and include all diving apparatus and office equipment. An inventory of stock worth roughly 70,000 baht will also be included in the sale.

Rent for the new owner will payable at a rate of 26,000 baht per month as a brand new renewable three year lease contract will be made available by the landlord at no cost. There are eight full time employees on the payroll in the high season, but only five are retained during the low season. The monthly payroll therefore rises from 60,000 baht per month in low season to 138,000 baht per month during peak times.
