bkk serviced apt's w/ CAT-5 networking NOT just wifi??

i would like to use a hard wired device, like obihai/talk but think it is not possible without the CAT-5 networking, which is probably more secure anyway

You would probably have more luck getting your own fixed telephone line from TOT or True and then getting DSL on that. You could then use your own modem/router, which typically have four ethernet ports.
