PATTAYA: -- The Mother of a 5 year old child made a complaint to Pattaya City Hall on Wednesday regarding an alleged sexual assault on her child by an older student at Pattaya School Number 5 which was followed by inaction by the school’s principal and allegations of poor treatment at Banglamung and Chonburi Hospitals. Khun Pisamai aged 25 began by discussing the situation with Khun Wattana, Deputy Mayor of Pattaya who was shown the boys inflamed penis which was reportedly caused by older students touching the boy’s penis in a manner which needs further investigation. Initially the school showed little interest in the problem even though pus was coming from a wound on the side of the penis. Khun Pisamai was then sent to Banglamung Hospital who provided simple pain killers.
