Well a little more information from your side might help. We might assume that you want to "dial up" the internet, so we can start with the phone number: *99***1#

Well a little more information from your side might help.  We might assume that you want to "dial up" the internet, so we can start with the phone number:  *99***1#

*99# will suffice , usename and password leave blank - only if you are accessing multiple GPRS/EDGE providers do you need the ***1 , ***2 etc.

and some more info about what you wish to achieve would allow a better response. Do you just wish to access 'tinternet from your mobile phone , or are you using the phone as a modem for a laptop/desktop/ppc?
