Best To Book Now For Flight Deals For Feb 2012 ?

Featured Replies

prices for me my wife and kid have all been around £2000 upwards, we have 2 houses and a car in thailand ( yeah money down the drain) anyway we just cannot afford to keep splashing out enormous amounts of cash for airfares anymore as the good old days are well gone. is it better to book now from uk to bkk ? which airline ? we want to go around jan / feb time for 2 months.

Yes GBP 2k sounds about right, and we've just paid similar. It's about GBP 250- 300 per person just for the tax and surcharges. I redeemed airmiles for mine, so the flight was "free". I still had THB 13k+ in taxes and surcharges though! Etihad and Qatar usually come out 2 of the cheapest. Good quality, new fleets too.

Personally I'd wait a bit to see what offers come up nearer the time, and use one of those search engines for cheapest flights by airline.

Moving to travel, ad deleted, please post on Classifieds: http://classifieds.thaivisa.com/

There were recently deals for BKK-LHR-BKK at 27k Baht this autumn, so you may be able to find LHR-BKK-LHR for under GBP 500 ? Try Etihad & Jet Airways, for starters, and talk to WesteastTravel as usual ! Plan on departing mid-January ?

Good Hunting ! B)

Etihad have a special offer that runs to March 2012.

Egyptair are worth looking at.
