Highly unlikely. Thaksin is the biggest threat to the peace and security of the nation that exists today. I am often amazed that some people still don't understand what all this is about at the higher levels of Thai society. Thaksin is trying to control Thailand as Hun Sen does in Cambodia. Clearly you've never tried to do business in Cambodia if you think that is a good thing. Thailand is a dream compared to Cambodia. It is impossible to do anything over there without assigning 30% of your company to Hun Sen personally. And you are forever at his whim if he decides he doesn't like you.

And Thaksin as a person is a much more cruel, more sociopathic personality than Hun Sen. Between the two of them I'd rather have Hun Sen as my partner than Thaksin.

No, bringing Thaksin back will mean civil war. And rightly so. I can only hope Thaksin is defeated when this finally happens. Don't make the mistake of believing anything else. Thaksin can not be allowed to return. Ever. If you think that his return would be a good thing, you clearly have no idea what you are saying.
