In your personal capcity you cannot check this on-line or any other way....

Its always a friend.

What did you do wrong?

As far as I know, there is no way to check criminal records thoroughly. Each province has it's own set of records, and they are not shared to other provinces. Also, most are not computerized anyway. Example, if your friend committed a crime in Kanchanaburi, her records would stay there, and police in Bangkok would not have access to those records without calling and checking. So someone checking would have to check each province or know where your friend lived or committed the offence.

Well it's like my friend told me she got scam by transfering online money to another country for profit. But in the end got sue for money laundry by local bank in BKK.

So basically she's like got a record or something with the local authority and she cant be back to Thailand more. As far as i've know, she's been to many country.

So like to check if it's really impossible for her to be back to Thailand anymore.

Time for a new GF. :)

If she got scammed then why would there be a police record ?.....if the bank sued for recovery of money and would be a civil claim not criminal.

If however she is scamming people for money this would be fraud and yes the police could have a record/warrant out her....if she has a spent record, this would not stop her coming back, but an arrrest warrant would.

There would be no issue travelling between many countries and getting arrested, as we know the former Thai PM has warrant in Thailand and has managed to country hop for the last few years and hasnt been arrested..

I am going with Semper on this...Time for a new GF.....
