This is the first new car I ever bought.  A Mercury Cyclone Spoiler with a 429 cubic inch (7000cc) Cobra Jet engine rated at 370 HP. Had 4-speed Hurst power shifter, anti-slip differential.  Fastest I got it up to was near 300kph. One of the last American muscle cars built, and the sound of the engine was awsome.  At that speed the spoiler actually worked as I could feel the rear end pressing down on curves.

Told you already fella, my experience is of Top Gear but, thanks for making things so clear for me now. Still don't like those American buckets though, V12 or V bleedin 24.

Well to make it ewen worse the amcars are,t really into v12s but v8s. The v12 was something the italians made a hit with and some uk,ers
