I have a non imm 0 visa that was issued June 2010 and my last extension from a border run will expire in a few days. Is it possible to go to the local immigration office and get one more extension? The visa also states "enter before June 2011".

No you need another Visa. Or a border run to get 15/30 days.

Do you qualify for extension of stay by having a Thai wife or child to visit? That could provide a 60 day extension (or a year with financials).

Yes, apply within the last 30 days if you meet the financial criteria etc.
