Read this and you will see really the only thing this has to do with farming is with the person's name. This is the age old story of contractural business law. Put bar owner, curios shop, housecleaning company, restaurant or any other type of business in this same old scenario and it becomes evident that you usually are only as good as your attorneys. Sweet and Simple and if anyone has any other secret to this I'll listen but I'll would still make my first and biggest priority, before setting up any business, in any country in the world, that I would invest big bucks in great attorneys.
