Soutpeel Posted August 25, 2011 Share Posted August 25, 2011 the point is that the average thai that voted didn't understand the details because they where not disclosed so most of the ordinary people that thought they where going to get a pay hike won't - they where fooled at any cost for another agenda ..........................Thaksins return I suspect the goverment who made the policy doesnt even know the details themselves.. It was part of a set of populist promises to get the public to vote for them along with promising comsumer electronic's, there is/was not intention to actually bring these to fruition, so why would they need to work on the details.... ..... it was a scheme scam pulled out of some polititians ar*e....The voting public have been played and this scheme scam was actually better than going around individual villages handing out THB 500 notes for each vote, with less leg work just promise the whole country THB 300..... Now, are they made cause they didn't get what was promised, or that someone will watch their productivity and efficiency, and their salary isn't guaranteed now, so they have a performance evaluation to get a raise? Hhhhmmm, seems to me like it is an ok thing. Why pay someone more for the same work? Make them work better with a positive reward, and this is it, a guaranteed raise for better performance, not just a handout for the same ol' thing.... You obviously are naive ... or cold hearted. Edited to add: Since PT now says the salary increase might have to come from knowledge/performance increase...I suppose you are referring to PT as being heartless too.
