If you have to haggle for a fare there is every chance the Thai will get the better price, but not always. As for the price itself, it can depend on various factors such as where in bangkok you are coming from, whether you use the expressway, the time of day you go at etc. During rush hour it can be a long drag even on the expressway and work out quite pricey. GoodHeart Posted October 31, 2005 Share Posted October 31, 2005 (edited) If by "bustop in Bangkok" you mean the Ekkamai Bus Terminal the [metered] fare will be Bt235 (give or take BT10), that is, if you take the expressways and those will add another BT50 to the total.
