After six weeks of bad service,ringing up every day, losing dozens of customers and having countless fights with the Dragon, I.P. Star have come up with the goods and given me a rebate this month. Taking into consideration my 1,555 baht phone bill after hours on the line to them, with their technicions constantly lying about the state of affairs, telling me there is nothing wrong with the system, even though a recorded message came on telling the world it was down, just before I got through to the service dept.

How much did they give me back off my 4,585 monthly bill............................................................................

100 measly, poultry, stingy <deleted> baht.

And I had been thinking about giving them a try, but with installation, the costs would be somewhat of an expensive try. Now I think I'll give them a "miss" for awhile. :o
