Insurance And Tax On 2 Door Pickup?

Just bought a 2 door pickup.

Looking at the documents that came with it (in Thai)

I think Tax 990bht

Insurance 990bht (It's very old and gf has no license so legal minimum will do)

Can that be right?

2 door pickup 2.5l, white plate + green letters, 15 years old.

Transfer ownership 970bht

Vehicle inspection for Tax 200bht (anything over 5 years old)

Minimum Insurance 970bht (sold at Vehicle inspection centre)

Tax 900bht
