Hi,

Could any of you quickly go to deviantart.com and tell me if you can access the site? It's not working for my, I need proxies to go in. Is this a Thailand thing?

It's working from my TATA Indicom connection in India and from my KSC connection in Thailand.

It's possible that your ISP has it blocked, some of the images may be classed as pron.
