Divorce My Thai Wife Need Help

Some help please

Am about to divorce my thai wife I understand thai law is she gets 50% of any assets

Gained when marred not before we got married , which is none she spent it

What am not sure about is this we had an apartment which I paid for with money from England

I put the apartment in her name, when we sold it 4 years later she gave me my money back 5 mill

And she had the profit ½ mill I sent my money back to England 6 months ago, what I need to know is can she claim any of that money in England ,as she has now spent heir’s up the jungle on her house
