stateman
how much money is involved?cv <{POST_SNAPBACK}> ---------- read in the news a few times, where they advised to contact the authority. if it is a fraud case, they can prosecute. this is especially true if it involves false advertisement. but if it is just a civil case involving agreement between 2 individual parties, then civil court maybe the choice. however if the doctor repeats the act and if other victims can be found and cooperate, then it again may be a fraud case. (i wno't be surprised if you are not the first and only victim) i believe 3 places you can try if it is fraud: 1. govoernor's office 2. prosecutor's office (equiv to DA in US) 3. police. just walk up to a poice station, ask to speak to the officer in charge. get someone who can speak thai definitely help. 4. your embassy. they may give you good advice. hope this help. When you say overcharged by 350% is this a case of what you paid against what you now think it's worth or what you paid against their advertised price? 2. By your post and I quote "do if this dr wont return my money or give me a credit" enquote you have said "if" - from this the first step is go back and ask "if" no joy then ask for advice!!
