INTERIOR MINISTRY WILL OFFER ENGLISH LANGUAGE TRANING FOR LOCAL OFFICIALS

The Interior Ministry, in cooperation with Rajabhat Suan Dusit (ราชภัฎสวนดุสิต) University, will offer English language training for local officials, as the language is now essential in the operation of government officials at all levels.

Deputy Interior Minister Somchai Soonthornwat (สมชาย สุนทรวัฒน์) said that English language is necessary for operations of government officials at all levels. He said that to ensure that the officials can perform efficiently for the most benefits of the nation, the Interior Ministry has assigned the Department of Local Administration to cooperate with Rajabhat Suan Dusit (ราชภัฎสวนดุสิต) University to organize English language trainings for officials. The participants do not have to come to class as the training will be in the form of Multimedia. The Agencies that register their officials for training can request training budgets from the government.
