Motorbike Thief assists victim with reporting crime at Pattaya Police Station

PATTAYA: -- An 18 year old man was arrested by Police on Tuesday after he pretended to assist the victim of a motorbike theft and offered to take her to the Police Station to report the theft, even though it was him that actually stole the bike in the first-place. Police arrested Khun Pongpan at a motorbike repair shop in Soi Khopai in South Pattaya after the owner of the bike, Khun Nittaya aged 42, suspected he was up-to-no-good after Khun Pongpan agreed to help her to report the theft, even though she had not told anyone, apart from her Son, that the bike had been stolen.
