Investigations

Realise now I've been duped want to try and recoup anything I can from the ashes.

Can you tell us why you think you have been duped?

I thought you were wanting to Investigate ...

But seem to have some evidence already?

Nookie,

I repeat ... Why do you think you have been DUPED ?

Everything you wrote about her seems positive to me ...

Is the problem - that she thinks your money has now finished ?

Don't let paranoia spoil what seems to be a good relationship.

You have seen paperwork that shows she had a respectable

job in Hong Kong

And you came back to her from UK a couple times ...

does that mean that you actually left her a couple times?

If you are looking for helpful insight / advice - I would suggest

you need to tell us more about your doubts and why you feel duped.

Roger

The advice of p1p to contact the HK employment agency is excellent.

Why not go one further and ask the agency for the name of the actual employer she was placed with. Ask the employer lots of questions.

Don't hang around, with the hope that something magic will happen and you will recover the funds - it won't happen - guaranteed.

Make a decision - get on with the future and do it now.

Will try some of your suggestions. Some answers to your questions are that yes, I have left her 3 times and come back. Yes, she does disrespect me sometimes having violent fights and yes her family do tap me for money, although she doesn't like them doing that. She says she doesn't want me for the money, but I do have a pension coming from UK.

No dowry - she was married before years ago. She has a daughter from that marriage 17 yrs old!!! and sharing the house. Yes I like living in the house but many rows caused because she doesn't like me drinking or contacting UK.
