Multiple Non Imigrant O Visa (12 Months)

How it is with this kind of visa: can I stay in Thailand 12months and dont leave country or I have to leave Thailand every 3 months?

A multiple non-O means you have to elave the country every 90 days.

The visa is good for 1 year and gives you to right to trvel to Thailand an unlimited number of times during that year. Each time you enter, you can stay for up to 90 days. By leaveing and re-entering just before the visa expires, you get a new 90 days and so almost 15 months out of the visa.

If you qualify you cna get a 1 year extension of stay from immigration, than you don't have to leave the country. The requirements depend on your situation: marriage, retiree, working, etc.

Each entry has a maximum of 90 days.
