Agent To Manage/Rent My Condo?

I plan to rent my condo - furnished/90 sq.mtr - in Jan/Feb of next year and am looking for someone - a property agency? - who could manage/rent it for me in my absence?

note: it's situated in an older building - Nimmahaemin area - with Thai students and some farang teachers occupying most of the existing units.

There are many letting agents/agencies in CM but ideally, I'm looking for someone who caters for the ''cheaper'' end of the market.

Recommendations appreciated and THANKS in anticipation.

A number of westerners use Chiang Mai Properties. They seem to have a lot of listings, a website, and advertise in the Expat newsletter. so they are quite visible.
