While I could help to post the ad, any replies would most likely come back in Chinese language also. Then, there would have to be translation of the replies for you - could turn out to be a whole lot of work. But, as StreetCowboy says, I am not sure that a Thailand forum is the right place to ask for Chinese help for a house in Italy.
