Have bee in business since Jan '08, with relevant WP, Annual Extensions, Multiple Re-Entries and requisite number of employees. Recently have changed nature of business, still within the formal registered Objects of company to a Consultancy. I had understood that a Consultancy only had to employ 1 local Thai. If still true, can you point me to the relevat legislation... OR is this exemption no longer available ?
