Hallo

Am 64 year old Brit with a company in Samui. Have bee in business since Jan '08, with relevant WP, Annual Extensions, Multiple Re-Entries and requisite number of employees. Recently have changed nature of business, still within the formal registered Objects of company to a Consultancy. I had understood that a Consultancy only had to employ 1 local Thai. If still true, can you point me to the relevat legislation... OR is this exemption no longer available ? THANKS for any help anyone can give me with this ASAP.

Don believe this has ever been the case, are you sure you are not getting mixed up with a "representative office" ?.....whole different kettle of fish
