Does anyone know of a translation service in the Sisaket or Ubon area that can provide an official looking translation of a Thai document into english? It must be on letterhead and look official.

pm and I can give you the email of an official translator for the US embassy. One page is 300 baht and is a legal translations with stamps and all.
