Thai man hangs himself at his East Pattaya home

PATTAYA: -- A Thai Man is thought to have committed suicide inside his East Pattaya home on Monday. Police and rescue services were called to the house on the Railway Road in East Pattaya and inspected the body of Khun Amon aged 29. He apparently hung himself using a length of blue cord with one end tied around his neck and the other tied around a wooden roof beam in the living room area of the house. There were no signs of a struggle and Police found evidence the suspect may have been drinking heavily prior to his death. The body was discovered by the victim’s uncle, Khun Tirawat aged 49 who revealed that Khun Amon would drink heavily on a daily basis and showed no evidence of being depressed or upset.
