guavagirl
I have recently relocated my business to another province and now need to officially move the business to the new province. I am wondering how to do this. Am I required to file in both provinces or only the new one. Do I also need to get new tax numbers for myself and the business or are the old ones still fine? Finally, does my work permit automatically change over when we move the business or do I have to then go to the labour board and change it? Do I go to the original labour office or the one in the new province? Thanks in advance for you help.
Sunbelt Asia
You will need to file only in the new province so long as you are not keeping the old address. You must change your work permit in the new province and you will need to move the VAT to the new province as well. [sunbelt][/sunbelt]
