Going to be based in Bangkok for a year, what's the best/quality value mobile package, g'f's on true. I've got access to wifi, so unless its real cheap probably dont need a data package, but open to suggestions.

For anyone living in Wongamat Beach, there's a new open mall being constructed across the street from the Centara Grand Mirage resort. It's supposed to open later this year and will contain restaurants, cafes, a grocery store, etc. With any luck, the grocery store will be good. And the area could use a few more restaurants.
