Lao Language Teacher With Food Interest

We're looking for a native Lao speaker who also write lao, for some lessons, preferably one with an avid interst in lao food. My Kiwi wife had published one book on northern Lao food, and is writing an ongoing blog on the subject. We travel to laos frequently, and she wants to improve her spoken and written lao to facilitate the communication with the cooks we visit.

We live near Sattahip, but anyone near Pattaya would also be considered. Our preference is indeed native Lao, not Isan., since isan lao speakers usually don't read and write in lao.
