LOEI INVITES TOURITS TO VISIT PHU RUA NATIONAL PARK

The Province of LOEI (เลย) is inviting tourists to visit PHU RUA (ภูเรือ) National Park and experience the winter ambience and the beautiful natural environment. Tourists can also try the delicious dishes of LOEI, particularly the well-known turkey dish.

Deputy Governor of LOEI (เลย) Province SATHIT PAKSRIPAENG (สถิตย์ ภักดิ์ศรีแพง) portrayed the attractive natural scenery of PHU RUA National Park. He said the most flowers in PHU RUA will bloom from October to February, and added that this national park has been named as the “city of flower”. Tourists can travel on the park’s pedestal lines, as they will lead to beautiful sight-seeing points.

In addition, the Deputy Governor said local farmers have been urged to raise turkeys, as they can be cooked in various types of cuisines. Thus, the farmers can receive higher earnings in return. He added that he also wants travelers to think of turkey dishes when they visit LOEI.

Meanwhile, Mr. PANYA KODSANLEE (ปัญญา โคตรแสนลี), the Head of PHU RUA National Park, said tourists who want to visit PHU RUA can use the SARABURI (สระบุรี) – PETCHABUN (เพชรบูรณ์) route. He said the national park is opened for visitors throughout the year. As for tourists who prefer to make a visit during the winter season, he recommended them to visit during October to January. Interested tourists can reserve rooms at www.dnp.go.th or make a phone call at 0-4288-4144.
