elgato
Thailand is in need of an Elliot Ness, the man who brought down the American mafia during prohibition. Are there any Thais who want to make a name for themselves? They will forever be known as the men who took down the Tuk Tuk/Taxi mafia in Phuket! Ness got Al Capone jailed for income tax evasion. The American mafia is still alive and prospering.

blackthorn2005
“The Land Transport Office, Phuket police and local administration organizations must act together. They must be strict in asserting their authority; they must enforce the law as they are empowered and obligated to do; and they must make sure there is nothing hidden in the law enforcement,” Mr Chairat said." No, no, no. You have had years to sort this out and done absolutely nothing about it, despite the daily beatings handed out by these scum. Now it is time for someone else to take over, bring in the army and a large police force from Bangkok, to oversee operations.
