I am taking my Thai wife to the UK next week when we get to immigration can she go through the same lane as me and our baby?

In short yes, it's UKBA policy not to split families and if you think about you will be on hand to answer any questions. I'm assuming that your child will be travelling on a UK, even if not, you can still enter together.
