1-2-Call Prepaid Credit Transfer To Another Phone

Featured Replies

How do you send some credit to some one else?

What codes?

*xxx*number# ? jap.gif

*140, dial out, then follow the instructions

A year ago, I was asked to do this for someone who was overseas with his AIS SIM which was running low.SO I bought a top-up card and dialled this from my mobile:

*130* insert friend's tel number * insert top-up card PIN # press send

The AIS counter girl taught me to do this and it worked. NOt sure if there has been any change in procedure since then.

Balance Transfer Dial*140*1*Destination Number*Balance#

I use that regularly. It works. I think it is 20 / 50 / 100 Baht transfers. Not certain of the smaller amounts because I transfer 100 baht a time.

McGarty is right.

*140*1* 12call number*amount#

(10,20, 50, 100 thb)

AFIK a fee is deducted from the senders balance for the transfer.

Some more useful codes:

Yes indeed. For the 100 Baht transfer I just made, there was a charge of 3 Baht.

Thanks to McGarty for the info.
