Middle East Four journalists among 15 dead in Israeli strike on hospital
Americans actually disapproved of Israel conduct. Last Gallup poll in July have 68% disappoval. Needless to say, the 32% approvals are from the low information Maga land. AIPAC funded the last election and now it is pay back time for Trump to repay AIPAC. Mossad has dirt on Trump's corruption and Epstein. A powerful leverage for Netanyahu for pressure on Trump. -

Report Thailand’s Wellness Tourism Boosted by German Expertise
I figured that's what it was. But they may want to take a lesson from Chevrolet who tried to market their popular Nova in Mexico. No Va in Spanish means "won't go". Chevy conceded that they should have picked a different name. -

Video Tourists Attack Phuket Lifeguards Over Safety Warnings
The Thai lifeguard was in the yellow shirt. | Photo via Facebook/ เหยี่ยวข่าว ภูเก็ต Newshawk Phuket In a shocking incident on Nai Han Beach, Phuket, an altercation erupted yesterday when foreign tourists allegedly attacked Thai lifeguards trying to enforce safety rules. Witnesses documented the assault and shared footage online, drawing widespread condemnation and prompting calls for police action. The trouble began when one tourist, purportedly an Iranian national, chose to defy red flags signalling dangerous waters. Ignoring the warnings, he attempted to swim after hours, necessitating intervention from a vigilant Thai lifeguard. Rather than comply, the tourist reacted angrily, reportedly summoning four to five family members who then assaulted the lifeguard. A bystander recounted online how one of the foreigners spat on the lifeguard before the group attacked him. In the video, two lifeguards can be seen defending themselves as the situation escalated. As tensions heightened, local witnesses intervened, leading the tourists to retreat from the beach. In the aftermath, the lifeguards reiterated their commitment to beach safety, highlighting their role in preventing tragic drownings. They appealed to tourists to respect safety protocols, not only for their own protection but also to allow lifeguards to perform their duties effectively. The incident highlights ongoing safety concerns in Phuket, following several recent drownings. On August 21, a foreigner drowned off Kata Beach, while another was severely injured. Notably, a local bystander had to step in due to the absence of lifeguards at the time. That same day, a tragic event unfolded between Banana and Nai Thon beaches, where a Russian man tragically drowned after saving his girlfriend from perilous waves late at night, beyond lifeguards' working hours. The Newshawk Phuket Facebook page tagged Thai government officials, urging swift action against the attackers. However, there has been no official response yet. This incident underscores the delicate balance lifeguards must maintain as they work tirelessly to safeguard beachgoers. As the video circulates, it’s hoped the event catalyses an increased respect for the vital work lifeguards perform and fosters a culture of compliance with safety measures. With the tourist high season approaching, local authorities may need to ramp up efforts to ensure both visitors’ safety and the working conditions of those dedicated to protecting them. For now, the video of this incident serves as a stark reminder of the risks lifeguards face and the importance of respecting the rules meant to prevent further tragedies.
