I am looking everywhere for the article I read in the paper 1-2 days ago and can not find it. However, it kind of said the bus situation from Bangkok up north was a mess due to the flooding in Ayutthaya. A few Thai friends I have here in Pattaya that were planning trips above Ayutthaya have cancelled their trips. The article said the buses were being diverted to different routes. It said nothing about them being cancelled. However, from everything we see on TV, I would suggest your friends go by plane from Utopia if there's an airport near you. You know how long the bus trips are when normal, I can just imagine what there like now.
