Rimmer Posted October 14, 2011 Share Posted October 14, 2011 Bridge barrier theft suspects caught by Police, East of Pattaya PATTAYA: -- Three men accused of stealing barriers from a bridge were caught red-handed in the early hours of Friday. Police on routine patrol were informed of the men who were in the process of removing steel barrier from a bridge located in the Nong Pla Lai area. As Police arrived, the three men were observed placing one of the barriers on the back of a pick-up truck. The men were then ordered to lie on the road, face-down, while Police re-enforcements arrived at the scene. A small quantity of the class 1 drug crystal methamphetamine was found in the truck and the three men aged 24 to 30 were then taken to the Police Station where they were charged with theft of public property and possession of a class 1 drug.
