I have spent the last hour looking for an article I read on Thai Visa Forum a couple of months ago. The timing I am not exactly sure, about 2 weeks after the change of Gov roughly.

It was a story, I htink in the Thailand News section about how AIS is launching 3G to many more places. Basically turning on the switch. There were about 15 cities by memory. I am trying to find it, but I am not having any luck.

Here is the coverage on the AIS website, but it only covers about 6 cities.

http://www.ais.co.th/mobileinternet/3g/coverage/

Eg, in the link Below, it goes into detail the Korat coverage that is not even mentioned on the Official AIS site, but it's an AIS map.

I went to a Teliwize shop yesterday, they didn't even have a map of their local area and that was in a 3G coverage area, Unbelievable, but true. They said, look on the internet. So I have done that and it is incomplete.
