Has anyone had any dealings with TPME property dealers in the past?

I have no idea about them but the forum rules basically forbid anyone from posting any negative facts or opinions about a business (they claim it's to protect us posters (and themselves) from Thailand's harsh defamation/libel laws). Therefore, you may or may not get some positive comments but you won't hear about any negative experiences (if anyone had one) so you will get a one-sided (i.e., useless) information.
