Ladies...Your Shopping And Beauty Suggestions?

Featured Replies

Ladies, what are good places to buy larger clothes? I am an American size 12.

Also, looking for places to have hair and nails done. All price ranges okay because I don't mind paying extra

for great service. At the same time it is sure fun when a bargain is found. ;-)

Any area is okay, and especially if it is in or not far away from the Central Shopping areas.

Thanks so much!!

**also, if anyone has ideas for stationery stores, craft shops, especially cross-stitching.

Bangkok presumably? Have you checked out the Pratunam area? There are tons of clothes there and sure to be larger size places.

Oops.... yes, I forgot to put Bangkok areas.

You might consider checking out ensogo.com for Thailand to get good deals at high end nail salons. I have bought a few vouchers through there and been very happy with them.

You don't have to signal a social conscience by looking like a frump. Lace knickers won't hasten the holocaust, you can ban the bomb in a feather boa just as well as without, and a mild interest in the length of hemlines doesn't necessarily disqualify you from reading Das Kapital and agreeing with every word. ~Elizabeth Bibesco

LadyHeather, thank you!

Platinum Fashion Mall in the Pratunam area has a decent number of shops with "big size" clothes and shoes over 40.
