Was told 2weeks back that during the recent rains, bridges had been washed out on this stretch of road.Being such an important road any repairs would have been attended to quickly is my guess.But a heads up from anyone who has traveled recently would be nice.Thanks for any information.

Try asking of some of the Motorcycling forums like GT-Rider.

You may find there are people on there who have ridden the road recently just to see what it is like.
