Extention Touristvisa Suan Plu Or Chang Wattana

Hey all.

I need to extend my tourist visa before november 6. I want to do it as early as possible, can i do this on monday or should i wait untill tuesday since its not an emergency really. And can i do the visa extension at Suan plu or Chang Wattana? Thanks for any feedback!

Do it on Wednesday or Thursday at Chaeng Wattana. It is probably going to be busy on Tuesday.

Suan Plu only provides re-entry permits. And maybe in the weekends only, also extensions on a tourist visa.

And the latest reports are that Chiangwattana is getting more flooding (from northern runoff this time) in the area of Government Complex so there may not be easy access if gets deeper.

Be aware that you can get an extension on a tourist visa at any immigration office, you are not limited to Bangkok!

If Cheang wattana will be closed, they might open up shop at Suan Plu, depending on the situation there.
