If I remember correctly, across the road to Mae Jo , from Meechok Plaza and about a hundred or two metres north there is a mooban. I seem to think that this is where Kn Pipat lives. He is a lawyer and had done some work for me some years back. His English is spot on and he is wheelchair bound, which may impede him to some degree depending on what you need him to do.
