Which visa do I need to get a license (driving) and buy a condo and car?

Where do I go that's easy and fun can be had in a neighbouring country???

You need a non immigrant visa and you are not going to obtain in any neighboring country without specific justification (employment offer/marriage to Thai or such).

Same for the condo (I even did it on a 30 day stamp in).

For the drivers license you need any of the the non-em visas.
